Kenneth K. Chan has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax. He serves real estate and construction clients, including local and national developers, asset managers, real estate funds, general contractors, contract managers, and subcontractors across all trades. He also covers commercial and residential properties and hospitality, retail center, medical facility, and marina operations.

He’s had experience working with medical practices, government audits for Medicaid providers, inbound and outbound auditing, accounting, and tax services for enterprises from China, Hong Kong, and local Chinese businesses in the US, which includes real estate, manufacturing and distribution, entertainment, and wholesale/retail industries. He holds master’s degrees in business administration and taxation from Baruch College of the City University of New York and is licensed as a CPA in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
